Electricity

Saskatchewan Power is the source of electricity in the area. Basic residential monthly rates for towns and urban resorts are $13.61 with an energy charge of 7.95¢ per kWh. Rural and rural resort rates are $17.41 per month, plus 7.95¢ per kWh. The basic monthly farm rate is $22.61. Monthly reconstruction rates are added to the basic fee.

Gas

The Natural Gas service is supplied by SaskEnergy. The basic monthly charge for a business is $17.00 with a delivery charge of 6.31¢ per cubic metre and a gas consumption charge of 20.14¢ per cubic metre. A residential monthly charge is $10.50 and a rural monthly charge is $11.55. A delivery charge of 7.10¢ per cubic metre and a gas consumption charge of 20.14¢ per cubic metre is the same for both residential and rural areas.
