Gateway REDA offers two types of memberships Regular Membership: REDA members include communities and rural municipalities who pay a per capita membership fee. Member municipalities each reserve one seat on the Board of Directors.
Associate Membership: Associate Members have the same rights and privileges of Regular Membership except voting on bylaws and money motions. Each Associate Membership may appoint one person to be their Director. The fee structure is based on whether the member is a non-profit organization or persons and on the number of employees per business.
The fee structure for a Gateway REDA Association Membership is as follows:
- Non-Profit Organization/Persons: $100
- Business:
(1-5 employees) $100
(6-15 employees) $125
(16-25 employees) $150
(26-50 employees) $300
(51-75 employees) $500
(76+ employees) $1000
